What we sell

MoonBoost sells a service. A player we have vetted (a "booster") plays ranked matches of Counter-Strike 2 or Valorant to raise a rank, to win a set number of matches or to play placement matches.

With Duo queue the booster plays in a party with you, and you play on your own account. Without it the booster plays on your account. We sell no game items, no in-game currency and no accounts.

The rules of the games

Boosting is against the rules that Valve, Riot Games and FACEIT set for their players. They can act against an account that was boosted: reset its rank, restrict it or ban it. Nobody can rule that out, and we do not promise that it will not happen.

By placing an order you confirm that you understand this risk and accept it.

What we do to keep the risk low: every match is played by hand, no cheats or other prohibited software are used, and Duo queue lets you keep your login to yourself.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live if that is higher.

The game account in the order must be yours. You are responsible for it and for what you tell us about it.

Prices and payment

The price of an order is the one shown at checkout, in US dollars or euros, with every option you picked included. It is paid in full before the order starts. Your bank or card issuer may add charges of its own.

A promo code applies to one order and cannot be exchanged for money. We may refuse a code that is used against its conditions.

How an order runs

After payment the order goes to our boosters. The time shown in the calculator is an estimate, not a deadline: how long an order takes depends on matchmaking and on how the matches go.

For an order without Duo queue you give us the login details of the game account. Keep them valid while the order runs, and do not sign in to the account yourself without pausing the order first. If signing in needs a code from your email or phone, you need to be around to pass it on.

You can pause an order from your dashboard and resume it later.

The order chat is for the order. Contact details are hidden in it, and work arranged with a booster outside MoonBoost is not covered by these terms.

Your account details

Login details are stored encrypted, are shown only to the booster working on your order and to our administrators, and are erased seven days after the order is completed. Change your password once the order is done.

The Privacy policy describes everything else we keep and why.

Refunds

The Refund policy is part of these terms. In short: whatever has not been played can be refunded.

What is not allowed

• Paying with a card or an account that is not yours to use.
• Disputing a payment for an order that was delivered as agreed.
• Ordering for a game account that belongs to someone else.
• Threatening or insulting boosters or staff.

If these terms are broken we may cancel the order and refund the part that has not been played.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the order as described, with reasonable care.

We are not responsible for what a game publisher or platform does to an account, for matches lost along the way, for delays caused by wrong or outdated login details, or for events outside our reasonable control.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed.
