Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data MoonBoost collects when you use moonboost.net, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Contact details: your email address, and your Discord username if you give it to us.
- Order details: the game, ranks and options you chose, the requests and notes you wrote, and the messages in the order chat.
- Game account details: for an order without Duo queue, the login of the game account. It is stored encrypted and erased seven days after the order is completed.
- Payment details: the amount, currency and status of your payments. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type, kept with your sign-in sessions and in server logs.
Why we use it
- To carry out your order and to tell you about it. This is necessary for our contract with you.
- To keep the site and your account secure and to prevent fraud. This is our legitimate interest.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as payment records. This is a legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, and we send no marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who sees it
Your booster sees what the order needs: its details, your requests and, for an order without Duo queue, the game account login. Boosters see neither your email address nor your payment details.
A few companies process data on our behalf, on our instructions and only for the purposes above: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (network protection), Resend (email delivery) and our payment provider.
Some of them are outside the European Economic Area. Where that is so, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
We give data to authorities only when the law obliges us to.
How long we keep it
- Game account details: erased seven days after the order is completed.
- Orders and payment records: for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
- Sign-in sessions: until they expire or you sign out.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to hand it over in a portable format. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Write to support@moonboost.net from the email address of your account. We answer within 30 days.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
